Thought

It should be a fundamental right of man that he may accept what he has. One must leave it to him. What was snatched from us throughout our lives was worth nothing to other people. However, it has mattered to us that this has happened, because it once meant everything to us.

Impulse

The first moment

For a better understanding of my activities, I would like to show the path I follow from the beginning. I do this in a descriptive way. For this I have learned the métier of a language design, in order to be able to speak of those processes, which run off with me.

At the hour zero of my action I already have a position. According to my mental state my posture has been meanwhile. I have left both as it has appeared. At both I have not manipulated. Instead I try to clarify my situation by becoming active and doing something. That has been a guideline for me. I have kept to it. Now I am doing something that has suited the current situation well.

Usually, this is exactly the moment for me to start practicing yoga. However, I allow myself not to do gymnastic exercises, but stay where I am and how I am. Also, I would not want to push myself. All this has not been fun at all, which I used to experience while practicing the yoga exercises. That's why I'm now a bit careful in dealing with it. I look at myself as a whole for the whole of my person and look at myself. I gradually go through the different peculiarities of myself.

That's when I look at my forces. They have already been in balance. There I can and want to address them if necessary to receive my mobility. For this I reduce that force at me locally, which I have chosen for it. Thereby a movement comes about. Up to a certain point I let this happen. Basically I calm down immediately. Thus I have secured my readiness. I remain in it without getting into a state of motionlessness. I perform small motor games and hum, buzz or mumble something to myself. With this I am doing well. Everything else results as a consequence with me.


Idea

The first lesson

Leaving the essential part of a thing as it is given should be the true way to oneself. We, too, want to persist. But how will we be able to do that if we keep questioning everything? - We also have to start from something. Something will already be ours, what wants to be heard. The access to the world and the access to us should be of the same kind. If these two things may be clearly different, they are nevertheless on a straight line. There we have to leave everything, so that it can appear.

What has appeared will have an effect at some point. With this, we have chosen a short path. He has been a part of the shortest way. Thus he will be a part of it and lie on it. Tangentially such short ways tie up to each other and result in an overall picture of our being. The existence of us is characterized by single steps which have led to more or less clearly perceptible emanations. Without them nothing happened, but without them also nothing would go well. Then we have seen it immediately that a realization of us has been indispensable. We do not need to force them at all. What happens, should happen of itself. How else should it be true?

There we have presupposed and recognized it that we belong to a system of meanings. Such a system is virtually inscribed in the given. We call it a truth and know only a fraction of it. Everything else we have to think of. For this we have to learn to assign something to ourselves. An assumption of the given is supposed to be a key for it, which is suitable for many things.

The essential thing to which we belong should be the conditionality of our person. We have to care for it and stand up for it. In this way we have been an example to other people. We have become that for better or for worse. The paths we have chosen have been related to our happiness in life.

Everything happens in its own way. There are many things that have happened to which we have always reacted. Thus we have blocked ourselves. We have confronted ourselves with such facts, which have brought no good to anyone. But this has not been a way for a capable person, that he has opposed everything. This is not the way to get anywhere. If such a moment of blockade lasts too long with us, then we fail with certainty. The skill with the help of which we appear and perform means something to us. That is why we have to align ourselves in existence. Some things we have to know how to unblock before we can receive them.

What we are to cancel, will be first of all a change of that what has been given to us as a condition for this existence. There we accept it that it has embodied a system. In it we are, it is moreover inscribed to us. For an inside and an outside the same norms are valid. This world appears in us and we appear in it. So we have been, so everything has appeared.

Impulse

The good life

The man has something to own what is inscribed to him. He has made it true for himself before, what has occurred from it and equips him today. For this purpose he heard it in himself and reproduced it in himself. His concern has given him a corresponding being as it was. Meanwhile, one fact has dominated all others. Only that good, which we have received for us, we have also known to preserve. Everything else has fallen away from us or has passed us by.

Meanwhile, it shall be true that all knowledge of the true has corresponded with us with the actual conception of the given as it has been possible for us. That we have approached and have ensured our readiness to live in this existence. We have drawn something peripheral to us and have established something with it for us. Now we have to get along with it, as it has become with us.

True to our own power, we form something from what is known to us. That should be our good, what we can imagine. For this we have learned a technique, for this we have explored an environment from ourselves. We bring to it what we are able to do. Reflections of the given reflect our gifts back into ourselves and make us rich or at least make us appear so before the other people of our environment that we are rich in some things. With their speeches, people have perceived us as an entity that has appeared in their existence and reflected something of what we have meant to them. There they have spoken more or less well of us. We have done the same. At times, however, we have been alone and have had to cope with ourselves. There we have made it true what has been important to us for our existence.

At the bottom of our hearts, we know well that our essence has not come out all the time. It would not need to do that at all. There it may be calmly something moderate and remain in the shade.

If the thoughts should also be to be heard with us like a light shine, thus brightly and clearly stand out, then we like it nevertheless that our spirit also got along without them. We recognize the concern of us as a substitute and determine about it what we want to achieve for us. In the following we let go of everything and see what has been true of it. Alone only something, which has remained to us of itself, has listened to us completely rightly.

Everything different would not be able to be preserved without making a commitment for it. There it was of itself not belonging to us and tries probably sooner or later, but with certainty sometime to fall away from us. We speak there of burdens, if it was a matter of preserving something for us, which did not suit us at all. The actual burden of a life is exactly balanced on us. There we could not afford it at all to make such a thing, which is not due to us, compliant for us in the long run. We will suffer from the fact that we want to have such a thing for us. Thereby it will resist us in the reason of its nature from itself at any time.

With a certain vanity we approach our existence sometimes and have meant that nothing of everything has affected us. There it should be a good life what we experience. At such a fact we make everything for us as it is and what it has meant for us that it has been true.

Embrace the world

He who is alone, exists for himself and has to eke out his existence as a solitaire in the world, should also love that. His hope should be directed to the preservation of the given, as it can happen. That is to strengthen his faith that he has made out something in it what has been good.
